About

A patient teacher for every stage of the journey

Assalamu alaikum. For the past eight years, Siqa has taught the Qur'an to students ranging from her home city of Islamabad to learners abroad in the UAE, Italy, and the UK.

Her sessions are built around the student in front of her — whether that's a young child sounding out their first letters, or an adult returning to refine years of recitation.

"With the grace of Allah, I strive to nurture a genuine understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith, along with the essential du'as."
Based in Islamabad, Pakistan (Asia/Karachi time) Teaches in Arabic, English, Turkish, Urdu, and Italian

Subjects

What she teaches

Four areas of study, taken on their own or combined into a single weekly plan.

Qur'an Recitation

The starting point for most students: correct pronunciation of the Arabic letters and the foundations of reading the Qur'an with confidence, often called Qaida.

Tajweed

The rules that govern how the Qur'an is recited aloud — where to pause, how to elongate a sound, and how to give each letter its proper weight.

Hifz

Structured memorisation of the Qur'an, paced to the student and reinforced through regular, gentle revision.

Arabic Language

Reading, writing, and conversational Arabic, taught alongside Qur'anic studies or as its own subject.

Approach

How lessons work

Every lesson is one-on-one and held over live video, shaped around the student's pace rather than a fixed curriculum. Complete beginners are welcome — Siqa is just as comfortable teaching first letters as she is refining advanced Tajweed.

  • One-on-one live sessions — no group classes
  • Flexible scheduling across time zones from her base in Islamabad
  • Comfortable teaching complete beginners, including young children
  • Instruction available in Arabic, English, Turkish, Urdu, or Italian
